The Fatboy Jr is a great safe for my needs. I don't have many guns so I also use the safe for storing valuables and important documents as well. It's a great peace of mind having this safe secured in my home. I chose the S&G dial combination lock over the electronic lock and it works great without any problems. |

Excellent American made product for a reasonable price. Good sales and delivery experience. Reportedly the best warranty in the industry. We feel very good about having the safe, which is more for valuables than it is for guns. Security is more important to us than fire protection. I think we got our money's worth. |

Large Safe!

I chose the Fatboy Jr. so I would not run out of space. It is bigger than I need, but it's nice to have the extra space. This thing is large. I chose to move it myself with the help of friends. It went pretty well, but 700lbs is no joke. I am happy with my purchase overall. The quality is good, I really like the fact that it is made in USA. My only complaint is that the top locking bolt seems to be loose in the door, it functions properly, but if you move the door back and forth you can hear it moving. Not that big of a deal I guess, as long as it continues to function properly. I would be happier if the safe had the "DX 90 Monster Mech" or something like it, and thicker steel. However at this price and size, it is still a good safe. The Fatboy was just too much $ for me. My local Liberty dealer was excellent; they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. |

I purchased the Fatboy Jr, as it would fit nicely in my office and not take up too much depth. This safe certainly fit the bill and had plenty of room width-wise. I am very pleased that I finally purchased this safe! Install was a quality job by guys that care about your home. I love my new safe.

I am happy with my new safe, I am adding LED strips inside on the top and on each side to light it up, they work the best. Fat Boy Jr is a nice size for the average home/gun owner. It holds all my ammo and some other personal items. Glad I purchased this safe. |

Looked for a safe that would meet my needs now and allow growth. Had limited room and this safe is working great. The lifetime warranty is the best (hope never to use it). Wish the local dealers had better pricing but the Sac store had great service and the price more than paid for the trip. |

Great functionality. Able to store not just guns but many other items due to the size. Really like the locking system with the key, and the fact that its made in the USA is a plus. Great safe. |

Great safe and retailer. I purchased the safe in West Sacramento, CA. The salesperson was helpful and provided me with all the answers I needed. I brought the safe home, unloaded it and installed it with a friend. I'm in pretty good shape so beware this safe is heavy. Great product. Thanks Liberty!!! |

Just purchased the fatboy jr and I am really impressed with the amount of room there is in this safe. The shelves are large and deep enough for me to place my camera gear bags on. I also purchased the door panel, great for my hand guns and the cooler pockets works well for all the important Documents. I also had installed the wand Led kit i have noticed the way they installed it not much light gets up on the top shelve. They may need to add one more led bar and install it inside above the door. Overall I am very satisfied with the safe and would recommend LIBERTY to anyone who is looking to protect their investments. |

The Fatboy Jr. fit right in my price range while at the same time offering many features of higher dollar models. The interior is well laid out. The collector rack is a nice touch because it offers much more rifle storage compared to the competition. Moreover, similar racks were not even available from the cheaper but mostly low quality competition. Also, the uni-body design and manufacturing minimizes welding and maximizes the strength of the steel used. This safe will hold up to any break in attempt much better than a welded imported. One of the most important features to me was that unlike the ridiculous fire ratings I saw an competitor models I feel that the fire rating on this safe is either right on the money or an understatement of the safe's true capabilities. The workmanship and over all quality is excellent, and I feel I got a really good safe that fits both, my needs and my budget. |

Purchased for collectables & papers. I'm not a gun person but really appreciate the size, fire and burglar protection from this safe. I wanted one big enought that a thief could not walk off with it. |

I bought the 46" wide, 5 ft tall safe with 25" depth. It fit in my office closet with only 1" vertical clearance. I'm glad I got the larger safe because of guns, plus baseball cards, plus tax returns, and personal documents. I would recommend the largest safe that can be stored. |

We've been looking at safes for awhile and Liberty knocked our socks off in terms of value and quality. Their sales people were friendly not pushy! The delivery/installation guys were great too! They even cleaned up the garbage stuff...which is almost unheard of these days.

A little late

I wish I purchased this before the incident. I'm sure I will still have all my guns and personal belongings. Now the painful period of replacing items and some are not replaceable. My daughter feels the worst, knowing some items would have been handed down to her. Son's won't notice, since I will for sure replace what I can given I do live in California (limitations on what can be replaced - dirt bag thief).
Looks empty with one or two guns now.
I hope I don't have to test it with fire. |

Have been looking at safes for quite awhile now and when I came across the Fat Boy Jr at Liberty Safes website I knew it was the one I've been looking for all this time. Alan at Liberty Safes of San Jose was very helpfull on any questions that I asked. I loaded it up with the door pocket accessory, stick on lights and the electric kit. I do though wish that there were some incoporated lights option in Fat Boy Jr safe. We made delivery arrangements and was told that they would make delivery around noon and were right on time. The delivery guys, Rick and Rich were very nice and performed their task without any incidents. I would recommend Liberty Safes of San Jose to anyone in the market for a safe of any type. |
