After researching several safes, I found this to be the best fit for my needs and the best value. I Like the lighting. Love it so far but haven't even had a chance to set up the shelving yet. |

I bought the safe on 09/1/2012 - unseen. When I went to pick up the safe I found a paint flaw. A second safe was ordered and it arrived with the same paint flaw. A third safe was ordered and it arrived with the same paint flaw as the first two safes plus a dimple in the paint on the right side, and an abrasion on the threshold. I have had better paint jobs on cars. What happen to the made in the U.S.A. quality? I gave up and took the third safe on January 4, 2013. You had my money for 3.5 months. Have a custom car painter show you how to paint. If you can not get a paint job right on a box, I am left wondering about the quality of the workmanship I cannot see. Well Worth the Price

You can't beat a lifetime warranty. The craftsmanship can be seen on the web site, and is second to none. The interior can be adjusted in more ways than I can count, and the "secret" compartment is unnoticeable. It's so pretty, I would have no problem locating it in any room in the house. When I had it bolted to the floor (which can be undone easily should we move), I was astounded at the amount of leveraged weight required to tip this baby. No way someone will be breaking in while standing vertical, or laying on the floor (just can't be tipped for easier, unauthorized access).
This is truly a FIVE STAR product.

This is a very nice safe - plenty of room for all my "treasures". I really like the light that comes on when I open the door. I own an older Liberty safe that doesn't have all the features my new National has. Light, De-humidifer and better combination lock. A very well made safe.
